1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CronJobPro ("Service"), operated by BEST WEB LED SHOP S.R.L. (CUI: RO36971470, Nr. Reg. Com.: J2017000135294), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

CronJobPro provides a cron job scheduling service that executes HTTP requests on behalf of users at specified intervals. The Service includes job management, execution monitoring, notifications, and analytics.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Send spam, phishing, or unsolicited messages
  • Perform DDoS attacks or abuse target endpoints
  • Access internal or private network resources
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Interfere with the operation of the Service

5. Service Plans and Billing

Free accounts are limited as described on our pricing page. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in EUR. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.

6. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We are not liable for any damages caused by service interruptions or job execution failures.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We store job configurations, execution logs, and account information as necessary to provide the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS". IN NO EVENT SHALL BEST WEB LED SHOP S.R.L. BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts in Ploiesti, Prahova.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
